I can appreciate your input, but on the contrary we do not use too many meta tags at all, as a matter of fact you are allowed to use up to 30 meta tags per post and we intentionally only use 10 out of 30 meta tags, this helps to make each of the 10 tags that we do pick even more powerful than if there were 30 of them.

Now I am going to assume that you were not actually referring to "tags" and that you were probably speaking of our numerous footer links pointing back at our homepage... If I am correct and you were calling our footer links "spammy tags" then I will have to apologize to be the one to inform you that those are not actually "tags" those are considered internal links and there is no limit to the amount of internal linking you can do on your own site.

Everyone has a different seo style and there are many different levels of knowledge out there. I can say one thing is that anyone who would actually sign up for an email address that is [SomeoneThatReallyKnowsSEO@gmail.com] may have too much time on their hands (and probably signed up with the email address just to leave this comment) but the fact is that they do not actually know very much about search engine optimization after all.

With our magazine ranking on the front page of google for over 250 real estate related terms, I would say that we must at least have a clue what we are doing no????

Re: Our International SEO Strategy

If you were really good at SEO you would know you have way too many tags are essentially spamming. Perhaps finding a qualified SEO in your area would be a good idea for your company, before you get penalized.

Re: Investing in Florida in 2010

Glad to hear things are looking up.
